Ideal Use Cases

  • Client:
    Creative agency with less than 50 employees recently laid of 30% of their employees from their HR and operations department in order to make payroll. Not enough business is coming in and the team is trying to keep up processes that don't make sense for the size and scope of the team. If the agency does not refine their processes and target specialized projects to stay afloat, they will need to lay off more employees.

    Re*Mode:
    After completing the OLA package to get an in-depth understanding on day-to-day dynamics of the agency, a simplified project onboarding and communication system is recommended. Implementation support si requested by the client and Re*Mode supports the current agency team to set up the new system and offers training sessions to fully educate the whole agency on the new system.

    Results & Ongoing Support:
    Client is able to revamp their processes within a month and the specialized projects they pitched for are being completed in record time. Re*Mode checks in regularly to complete a backlog of services the client needs like recruitment strategy and New Manager coaching.

  • Client:
    A corporate team is being asked to return to the office 3-days per week due to accountability issues with their remote team and keeping their team culture strong. Their team, who are very talented, are starting to ask for exceptions and delays in the RTO policy. When no exceptions or options are offered, the most talented employees start to look for work with competitors and quit. The employees that do return to the office are overwhelmed with the process to change their lifestyles again after COVID and do not prefer the change. The team is left with few top-tier employees who are minutes away from leaving and cannot maintain the quality of work they require.

    After completing the OLA package, a recco to create a custom remote employee training and system for the team is shared with the client. Re*Mode creates a system that highlights accountability and asynchronous communication to meet the needs of the team along with reccos for remote team building and bonding based on the desired culture.

    Client is able to keep their best employees happy and learned how remote working done correctly can lead to operational efficiencies. Remote team culture is ramping up and its not all zoom happy hours!

  • Client:
    An award-winning production company is at the top of the headlines for their cool projects but most of their revenue comes from more rote media ad production for their big clientele. The company becomes so famous that they are able to attract the most talented employees who want to be a part of their cool projects. Once employees are onboarded there is a realization that they might not get a chance to work on cool projects and just the rote production work. There is no potential for moving into other projects and now employees feel stuck in their job or they will look for work with competitors that will give them the growth and experience they want.

    After completing the OLA package, a recco to build out a career growth program is shared with the client along with a recruitment strategy plan to be able to find employees that are best suited for rote production work. Re*Mode would find opportunities within the company to offer employees to build their skills or potentially open new lines of business.
